We are currently seeking a Agile Lead to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN). The primary responsibility of the role is to facilitate the development and leadership of multiple Agile Scrum teams, helping them deliver digital software solutions at pace and with high quality. You will ensure your teams are working on the right priorities, foresee and remove impediments to their work, manage their risks and keep them focused on their agreed delivery goals. Empowering and supporting your team to adopt Agile values whilst creating a positive environment where self- accountability thrives. You will also contribute to sharing your experience and learnings with Senior Management, helping to amplify our Agile capability and bring consistency in delivery approaches.  In this role, you will: • Lead and coach, one or more Agile Scrum teams to deliver the product backlog, helping to remove impediments to progress in each Agile delivery iteration. • Role model the behaviours and agile values to empower the teams self-accountability and ownership of software delivery, understanding when it’s appropriate to coach versus when leadership is required. • Ensure consistent application of all Agile Scrum ceremonies and take ownership of continuously applying learnings to improve the teams outcomes. • Establish deep relationships with Delivery Leads, Product Owners and stakeholders to participate and share knowledge as well as promote best practices • Maintain focus on accurate data capture to drive visibility of progress to Senior stakeholders in the Change and Software Delivery Lifecycles.   NTT DATA is a $30 billion trusted global innovator of business and technology services.
