Scope of Responsibility: Coordinating with CS&L Team, working on Production Planning & detailed Line scheduling, Planning PM and RM material requirement on the basis of tentative and firm plans,  optimization of inventories (RM, PM, WIP and FG) and manufacturing order quantities as per FP&R standard of Production Planning Coordinate with vendors and follow-ups for daily and weekly schedules; coordinate the day-to-day activities to ensure that goods (RM & PM) are moved, handled, and stored safely, correctly, and in accordance with established schedules and inventory lists.  Inventory planning & slob control. Primary Responsibilities: Responsible for production planning along with Materials and Planning Manager. Responsible for communicating line priorities and changeovers as per the demand expectations Interpret production planning schedules and volumes and convert the same into Material requirement, issuance of PO & delivery schedules for each vendor Responsible for requirement planning of RM & PM Responsible for compliance to commercial Procedures and SOX guidelines Overall responsible for availability of materials to ensure zero downtime & 100% service of plans Responsible for Inventory control and management Responsible for maintaining Active Bill of materials & SAP setups of the New SKU’s/New Products Responsible for Planning of New Formulations, New SKU’s, EMO’s & AW Changes  Responsible for Cross-border Exports with Central CBS Coordinator and Transport lines for proper coordination with plant dispatch and commercial team. Supports quality training and reporting in the areas of Product Recall Recovery and Cross Border Sourcing. Responsible for taking corrective and preventive measures in a timely manner for internal audit gaps for Cross Border Sourcing and Product Recall / Recovery Standards. Assists Materials and Planning Manager for line prioritization, co-packing operations Compliances, Monthly KPIs, Inventories and achieving plant targets and goals.
