**Summary** : The Test Center Administrator/Invigilator is responsible for administrating all aspects of the testing operations in assigned test center of Pearson Professional Centers by providing high quality on-site service in accordance with strict operational policies and procedures of the examination processes. **This role is a 6-month contract position (Part Time) and requires on-site presence in the office; remote work or work-from-home options are not available.** **Key Roles&Responsibility:** + Comply with all testing procedures and strictly adhere to company policies using careful judgment + Check in testing candidates, verify identification, and explain the exam process + Proctor / invigilate candidates while testing + Troubleshoot with internal departments to fix technical issues + Complete light housekeeping duties such as vacuuming the floors and sanitizing keyboards after each candidate has finished their examination + Schedule Requirements **Required Knowledge&Experience:** **Education and Experience:** + 6 months customer service experience required + Exposure in a testing environment strongly preferred + Experience with Microsoft Office and Windows applications required Skills **Key Requirement:** + Our ideal candidate demonstrates teamwork + This role spans 6 months with flexibility to accommodate shifts any day of the week: Monday through Sunday, between the hours of 7:00 am and 11:00 pm. + Candidate must be open to flexible scheduling. + This is strictly a part-time position and will remain as such, 20:00 hours per week, with an expectation to work more hours if needed + Should be comfortable to work in a quiet testing environment. **Pay:** + You will be paid INR 250 per hour + INR 200 daily allowance. **What to expect from Pearson** Did you know Pearson is one of the 10 most innovative education companies of 2022?
