Headquartered in Santiago, Chile, the M&M global business unit also has offices in Brisbane, Perth and Adelaide in Australia along with execution units in the United States, Peru, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, India and other project locations around the world. Job Summary: Bechtel is now accepting applications for Mechanical, Electrical, Process and Civil Engineering Undergraduates to join our 2026 Rotational Graduate Program located at our Perth office. Commencing in January 2026 the Bechtel Graduate Engineer position offers you the opportunity to gain hands-on experience, and develop the skills to become a leader in the Mining and Metals industry. Education and Experience Requirements: Australian or New Zealand citizenship or be an Australian Permanent Resident at the time of applying. Have completed an Engineering undergraduate or postgraduate degree (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Process or similar) in the past three years (2023, 2024 or 2025) or be due to complete it by the commencement of the program. Be able to pass any pre-employment requirements such as a drug screen and background check.
