Overview/Summary of the role: The Sales Operations Analyst is responsible for gathering and analyzing sales data to support the sales team, identify trends and opportunities, and ensure the smooth functioning of day-to-day sales operations. They are responsible for answering questions related to sales performance and ensuring that the sales team has the necessary tools and resources to meet their targets.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Collect and analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement in the sales process.
- Monitor sales performance against targets and goals, and provide regular updates to the sales team.
- Develop and maintain sales reporting tools and dashboards, and ensure accuracy of data.
