Duties would be to supervise and co-ordinate the activities of food service staff, ensure food meets the quality standards, attend customer complaints, resolve any complaints arising out of service, record waste and food consumption during the shift, train staff in food service, maintain and order inventory. Experience of 7 months or more in the food industry is required. Program related to hospitality management would be an asset. Education minimum high school is required. Language required is English. Must be available evenings and weekends. Salary would be $20.50/hr. Minimum work of 30 hours to 40 hours per week will be given along with 2 days off per week.
