We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented individual with experience in web analytics to join our team. As a Web Analyst, you will establish company email and web strategy through the thoughtful application of measurement and analytics. This is a new role at Arc’teryx, and the successful candidate will play a critical role in several areas of the company as Arc’teryx expands our online presence. Ideally you will have: * 3+ years of experience in a similar email and web analytical role, or within a web or email marketing analytics provider (e.g. Omniture, Exact Target etc) * 2+ years of experience working in an online or e-Commerce environment * Bachelor’s degree in a business, math, technical field or related discipline preferred, or equivalent experience * Relevant coursework in digital marketing, marketing measurement and social statistics * Extensive experience with Omniture or comparable enterprise web analytics tool required * Proven track record of supporting and adding value to business projects through insight and analysis of email marketing performance * Experience using Excel and PowerPoint * Highly numerate and well presented with excellent written communication skills * Organized, detail oriented, and possessing the ability to transform data into actionable insights * Self-motivated with the ability to work as part of a team * Ability to multi-task and operate under deadlines Your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to): * Utilize the analytic tools (Omniture) to ensure that effective and thorough tracking is available for key pages and activities on multiple and relevant sites * Manage web analytic vendor relationships and stay current with new developments being released by Omniture and in the Web Analysis space * Work closely with the internal teams to understand their measurements of success and together, design and produce regular KPI reports * Provide an understanding of tracking possibilities and delivering insightful and meaningful reporting on site behaviors by responding to regularly scheduled and ad-hoc reporting requests * Understand, document and train internal users on existing and new email marketing reports and analytics measures available, their construction and appropriate usage * Collaborate with technology team members regarding specific impending tracking needs or revisions to tracking that already exists by providing thoughtful and specific requirements * Support the efforts of the online marketing teams (includes web and email) as they develop programs and getting an accurate understanding of the current site usage * Support the strategy, design, development, and rollout/implementation of all site initiatives from a web analytic standpoint by anticipating measurement needs and delivering results to the stakeholder
