Work Location: 170 - 12571 Bridgeport Road, Richmond BC V6V 1J4, Canada Type of Position: Full-time, Permanent Work hours: 35 hours per week Compensation: $35 per hour What will you be doing: This position is onsite at the Greater Vancouver Area store. We are looking for someone to join our team on a full-time basis. As the Store Supervisor of one of our stores, you will have the following responsibilities: · Team Management: Lead and supervise store staff, manage schedules, and provide ongoing coaching and feedback. · Customer Service: Ensure excellent customer service, assist customers, answer questions, and resolve complaints. · Inventory Management: Oversee stock levels, order inventory, and conduct regular stock checks. · Sales and Marketing: Set and track sales goals, promote new releases, and implement in-store promotions. · Cash Management and Financial Reporting: Oversee cash handling, monitor financial performance, and ensure adherence to budget. · Operations and Store Presentation: Ensure the store is clean, organized, and safe for customers and staff. · Product Knowledge and Training: Stay updated on gaming trends, train staff on product knowledge, and ensure staff can assist customers effectively. · Reporting and Communication: Report store performance to upper management and ensure effective communication between teams. · Problem Solving and Conflict Resolution: Resolve customer complaints and internal team conflicts. · Store Compliance: Ensure compliance with local laws, company policies, and safety regulations. · Additional Responsibilities: Perform other duties as assigned.
