Salary: $ 34.62 /Hourly Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent Language: English Start Date of Employment (Approx.): As soon as possible Positions Available: 1 Job location and business address: 645 Malkin Avenue, Vancouver, BC V6A 3V7 Duties & Responsibilities · Supervise, plan, assign, and review the work of clerks engaged in shipping, receiving, storing and distribution. · Supervise and train shipping clerks and other team members in the shipping department. · Conduct performance reviews of supervised workers as needed. · Resolve problems and complaints, implement corrective measures and process improvements. · Schedule and coordinate with carriers to ensure the timely delivery of products. · Prepare and maintain shipping documents · Track inventory and monitor stock levels of finished products. · Communicate with other departments to ensure the availability of products for shipment. · Ensure compliance with shipping regulations, safety standards, and company policies. · Ensure smooth operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery, arranging for maintenance and repair work as needed. · Train workers in job duties and requisition supplies and materials. · Maintain a clean and organized shipping area.
