With multiple locations including New Westminster, East Vancouver, and Gastown, we pride ourselves on delivering authentic Ukrainian cuisine and exceptional dining experiences. Duties: - Lead, coordinate and oversee operations across all restaurant locations and teams including catering services. - Effectively allocate material, human, and financial resources to implement company policies and achieve operational goals. - Monitor financial performance, including sales, expenses, and profitability. - Establish strategic objectives and develop policies to enhance business performance. - Represent the restaurant in negotiations and maintain positive business relationships. - Recruit and manage middle managers and executive staff, fostering a productive work environment. - Innovate and execute marketing strategies to attract and retain customers. - Uphold health and safety standards to ensure a safe dining environment for guests and staff. Requirements: - Several years of prior experience in food service operations, including a minimum of 3 years as a middle manager. - High school diploma required; degree in hospitality or related field preferred. - Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
