To expand our business, we are looking for a full-time and permanent Nail Salon Supervisor. We offer: C$21.50/hr (30-40hrs/wk) with 4% paid vacation. Work location: P-20 (Unit 20) 999 W Hastings Street, Vancouver, BC V6C 2W2 Language of work: English Number of positions: 1 Responsibilities: · Oversee and coordinate the day-to-day activities at the Nails Spa. · Handle the spa's daily operations, including opening and closing tasks, evaluating staff performance, and managing customer intake procedures. · Take care of ordering and keeping track of nail materials, equipment, and supplies. · Organize the work schedules for Nail Technicians and may perform the duties of workers supervised. · Keep an eye on service quality, assist clients with special needs, and address work-related issues like customer complaints and emergencies. · Ensure that all equipment receives regular maintenance for smooth functioning. · Manage online appointment bookings. · Help with the recruitment and training of new staff members.
