MAIN DUTIES: · Assess characteristics of products or services to be promoted and advise on the advertising needs of an establishment · Advise clients on advertising or sales promotion strategies · Prepare or oversee preparation of reports, briefs, bibliographies, speeches, presentations, Web sites and press releases · Manage conferences and event registration and create collateral materials and ads · Respond to Marketing Services Requests for logos, brand guideline queries, basic design · Creating and editing marketing documents including Presentations, Brochures, and other collateral · Work with management team to execute Marketing Plan · Coordinate and manage marketing activities performed by subcontractors · Monitor ads to ensure accuracy, insertion deadlines are met, and ads are placed properly, and assists with updating ads as, providing input on recommendations for changes · Manage social media campaigns and day-to-day activities while evaluating social media trends · Research new marketing opportunities and platforms and monitor the effectiveness of advertising
