Rocky Mountain Restaurants Inc. dba Tim Hortons is looking for One (1) permanent full time Food Service Supervisors who could join immediately. The details are given below. Work Location: 1409 Marine Drive, North Vancouver, BC, V7P 1T5 Salary: $ 16.75 per hour Positions: 1 Hours per week: 30 hours per week Anticipated Start Date: As soon as possible Job duties and Responsibilities: o Supervise, directs, coordinate and schedule the activities of the food servers and the kitchen staffs. o Maintaining a high standard of hygiene in the preparation of meals and in the kitchen/ dining area. o Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation in consultation with the cooks. o Establish methods to meet work schedules. o Helps maintain records for safety and appropriately documents performance and/or incidents in personnel files. o Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage. o Responsible for training and developing servers. o Controls labor hours and cash flow while on shift. o Supervision and training of kitchen staff in hygiene and the provision of healthy food. o Maintaining good communications with other delegates and staff. o Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards. o Dealing with and resolving customer complaints. o Other duties as required by the management. Skill Requirements: ● Completion of Secondary School is required ● 1-2 years of relevant work experience
