Paid Meals, Flexible schedules Job Responsibilities · Supervise daily operations, including managing staff, ensuring food safety, providing great customer service, and maintaining quality standards for smoothies, juices, and food. · Organize team meetings to coordinate product delivery and to stay informed about company policies. · Follow Jugo Juice's policies and procedures to maintain premium product quality and excellent customer service. · Maintain health and safety standards by keeping the store clean and safe for both customers and staff. · Help train and motivate employees to create a positive work environment and deliver great service consistently. · Coordinate with other Shift Supervisors and Management to ensure smooth transitions between shifts. · Estimate and order ingredients and supplies needed for food preparation and manage inventory. · Address any maintenance or repair issues promptly to keep the operation running smoothly. · Handle customer complaints and special requests courteously and professionally to uphold Jugo Juice's high standards of guest service. · Perform other job duties as assigned. Job Requirements · Education in food service administration, hotel and restaurant management, or related field or 1 -2 years of experience in the food service sector. · Good communication skills. · To be driven and not afraid to take decisive action. · Good supervisory skills and a strong understanding of customer service are a must. · Ability to manage a team to achieve common goals. · Highly organized and efficient, working well under pressure.
