Work Location: 625 Robson Street, Vancouver, BC V6B 5J3 Position Title: Food Service Supervisor Terms of Employment: Full-time, Permanent Estimated Starting Date: As Soon As Possible Position available: 1 Wage: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour (Depending on Working Experience) Work Hours: 30 hours per week Benefit: 2 weeks paid vacation Job Duties: -Supervise and co-ordinate the workloads of the front-of-house staff who prepare and portion foods; -Ensure the quality of food and services provided meet the standards of Meat & Bread; -Co-ordinate and inform staff schedules; -Monitor and order ingredients, and supplies needed for day-to-day operation; -Assist in hiring new front-of-house staff, and train them in their responsibilities, Meat & Bread policies, safety standards, and sanitization procedures. -Monitor, review, and keep records of sales, inventory, wastage, and repairs of all equipment and point-of-sale systems.
