As a Food Service Supervisor (NOC 62020) for Indian Fusion Restaurant you would perform the following duties: - · Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food · Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation · Assign and coordinate work of employees to promote efficiency of operations · Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage · Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures · Assist in the selection of food service staff and assist in the development of policies, procedures and budgets with managerial staff · Requisition and inspect foodstuffs, supplies, and equipment to maintain stock levels and ensure standards of quality are met · Supervise the front counter attendants and back kitchen staff and assures that fast food timelines in getting orders ready are met.
