Position Detail Vacancy: 1 Employment Type: Full-time, permanent Hourly Wage: $49.00 Weekly Hours: 30 to 40 hrs Location: Vancouver, BC Website: https://www.energexinc.com/ What You Will Do -Develop and design innovative thermostat solutions integrating IoT connectivity and AI-driven intelligence to optimize energy consumption in various building environments. -Collaborate with software engineers to ensure smooth integration of thermostats with Energex's energy management systems and other IoT devices. -Create prototypes of new thermostat models, conduct rigorous testing, and analyze performance data to ensure reliability and efficiency. -Provide technical support and troubleshooting for existing thermostat products, addressing and resolving any hardware or software issues. -Ensure that all thermostat designs comply with industry standards and regulations, including energy efficiency and safety guidelines. -Develop and maintain detailed documentation for thermostat including schematics, technical manuals, and user guides. -Work closely with customers to understand their specific requirements and customize thermostat solutions to meet their needs. -Stay updated with the latest advancements in thermostat technology and energy management solutions, and incorporate new features and improvements into Energex products.
