The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing, cooking, and presenting high-quality Indian cuisine in a fast-paced environment. This role requires attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently while maintaining excellent standards of food safety and cleanliness. Responsibilities: · Prepare and cook a variety of traditional Indian dishes. · Follow recipes and maintain consistency in food preparation. · Ensure the kitchen is clean, organized, and safe. · Manage food inventory and stock levels. · Ensure food safety standards are adhered to at all times. · Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service. Education and Experience Requirements: · Completion of secondary school. · Completion of a college program in cooking or a combination of relevant experience and training. · Minimum 1 year of experience in Indian cuisine or related cooking experience preferred.
