We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team and support our mission of delivering exceptional products and service to dental clinics. Working location: Unit 1, 2495 Commercial Drive, Vancouver, BC, V5N 4B8 Position: Administrative Assistant (Permanent, Full-time, 30 hours per week) Wage per hour: $25.00-$27.00 per hour, depending on experience Overtime wage per hour: $37.50 - $40.50 per hour (if exceeds 40 hours per week) Benefits: 4% vacation pay Job duties: · Greet and assist representatives from dental clinics, ensuring their needs are met promptly. · Manage appointment schedules with dental clinics, including booking, rescheduling, and confirming meetings or orders. · Maintain inventory of dental materials and office supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels and timely reordering. · Respond to phone and email inquiries from dental clinics, relaying messages to the appropriate staff members. · Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of orders and communications with dental clinics. · Process billing and payments for dental materials and follow up on unpaid invoices and balances.
