Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full Time, Morning, Day Wage Rate: $49.50 Hourly, for 40.00 Hours per week Anticipated Start Date (at the latest in 3 months): As soon as possible Specific Skills: · Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily trucking operations. · Manage and supervise the scheduling and dispatching activities of trucks. · Analyse expenditures and other financial information to develop plans, policies and budgets for better profits and services. · Negotiate and make decisions regarding transportation service rates and monitor revenue. · Hire new drivers and oversee their training. · Research and suggest cost-effective shipping methods. · Resolve any issues regarding employee misconduct, late deliveries and customers' complaints. · Organising and monitor all health and safety check and routine vehicle checks as per both company and statutory requirements. Requirements Education: High School or Bachelor degree Experience: 3 to 4 years of relevant experience.
