Job Description
Hwy 10 Auto Sales Ltd. DBA Mainland Motors located at 6786 King Goerge, Surrey, British Columbia V3W 4Z5 urgently requires one Permanent & Full Time Store Manager- Retail. We welcome and encourage Youth, New immigrants, and Aboriginal people to apply.
Duties:
· Analyse market research and trends to assess consumer demand and potential sales volumes.
· Identify the products and services to offer, and establish pricing and credit policies.
· Evaluate the impact of competitors' activities on sales.
· Supervise employees and delegate tasks.
· Manage staffing needs, including recruitment, development, and retention of employees.
· Examine market research and trends to evaluate consumer demand, estimate potential sales, and analyze how competitors' activities influence sales.
· Create financial plans, approve spending, and track income.
Minimum education: Completion of secondary school is required.
Minimum Experience: Minimum 1 year of related work experience is required.
Number of Positions: 1
Salary: $41.00/hour (Minimum 32 hrs/week).
