Jassal Signs Ltd., situated in Surrey, BC, is actively seeking a Sales Supervisor to join our team on a full-time permanent basis. Candidates must possess a minimum of 1-2 years of relevant work experience along with at least a secondary school education. The ideal candidate should be capable of fulfilling the following job duties and responsibilities:  Assign sales workers to duties  Authorize payments by cheque  Authorize return of merchandise  Establish work schedules  Sell merchandise  Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters  Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages  Organize and maintain inventory  Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers  Manage cash  Conduct performance reviews  Supervise office and volunteer staff Additional Skills  Be able to work in a team and individually  Be able to communicate in English  Knowledge of other languages would be an asset for this position.
