We are currently hiring a full-time Restaurant Manager for our Surrey location who will be responsible for the restaurant operations. Work location: 14357 104 Ave # 102, Surrey, BC V3T 1Y2 Position Title: Restaurant Manager Terms of Employment: Full-time, Permanent Estimated Starting Date: As Soon As Possible Position Available: 1 Wage: $34.62 - $35.62 per hour (Depending on Working Experience) Work Hours: 30 hours per week Benefit: 4 % Vacation Pay & 50% employee discount for the meals at Pho Hoa Responsibility: · Manage, monitor, control, develop the restaurant operations and make appropriate adjustments when needed; · Regulate staffing levels and recruit a sufficient number of staff as needed; · Control and manage inventory to keep track of orders and remaining items, · Check staff job performance and service quality and oversee the training procedures; · Monitor and analyze the restaurant performance including order quantity, revenues, and expenses; · Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure regulations are well met; · Contact suppliers and place orders of required ingredients, supplies, and equipment accordingly; · Plan and lead catering services on and off sites when needed.
