JOB DETAILS - Location: Surrey, BC Salary: $ 35.00 Per Hour Vacancies: 1 Languages- English Education- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate Experience - 2 year to less than 3 years Work setting- Restaurant JOB DUTIES - · To analyze budget to boost and maintain the restaurant's profits · To develop budget to determine cost of food, ingredients, alcohol, kitchen and cleaning supplies · To evaluate daily operations · To modify food preparation methods and menu prices according to the restaurant budget · To monitor staff performance · To plan and organize daily operations · To recruit staff · To set staff work schedules · To supervise staff · To train staff · To determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures · To balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports and related forms · To conduct performance reviews · To organize and maintain inventory · To ensure health and safety regulations are followed · To negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies · To negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities · To address customers' complaints or concerns · To provide customer service · To manage events Supervision - 11-15 people Work conditions and physical capabilities - Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, repetitive tasks, handling heavy loads, physically demanding, attention to detail, combination of sitting, standing, walking, standing for extended periods.
