Job Duties
· Supervise and oversee the activities of employees working as sheet metal workers who form, shape and repair sheet metal parts.
· Streamline and coordinate the activities of various operational divisions.
· Hire and train new employees in sheet metal and other production duties.
· Analyse the operations and prepare progress reports to management regularly.
· Order metal and other construction supplies as required.
· Resolve any work related issues if required.
· Ensure that the end metal products meet all safety and quality standards.
