Position Summary: We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Officer Services Coordinator to join our team. The Office Services Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing various administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations, and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
· Coordinate and oversee office administrative procedures and processes.
· Manage customer inquiries and concerns efficiently and professionally.
· Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for service appointments and staff meetings.
· Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports.
· Maintain accurate records and databases.
· Assist with inventory management and ordering office supplies as needed.
· Liaise with other departments and external stakeholders as necessary.
· Provide support to management and staff as required.
· Uphold company policies and procedures.
