We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Support Worker (HSW) to provide personalized care and assistance to individuals in their homes. The ideal candidate will help clients with daily living activities, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being. As a Home Support Worker, you will assist individuals with personal care, housekeeping, meal preparation, and offer companionship to enhance their quality of life. Terms of employment: full-time, year-round work Duties: - Shop for food and household supplies - Provide companionship - Provide personal care - Assist client with bath and other aspects of personal hygiene - Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties - Launder clothing and household linens - Prepare and serve nutritious meals - Assist in feeding, whenever necessary - Assist in regular exercise and walk - Other related duties as required Required skills: · Completion of Secondary School is required · Minimum of 1-year experience in similar positions or completion of a 6-month training program in a relevant field is required. · Ability to communicate in English Wages: $ 23.00/hr for 40 hours per week.
