Home Child Care Provider (NOC: 44100) The Atwal family is seeking a Full-Time Permanent Home Child Care Provider for their children. Location: Surrey, BC Wages: $19.00/hour (30-40 hours/week) Vacation Pay: 4% of gross salary. Starting Date: As soon as possible Job Duties: · Supervise and care for the child in the absence of parents. · Prepare meals for the child according to parents' instructions and provide care at our residence. · Oversee the child's activities, such as meals and rest periods, as instructed by parents. · Assist with the child's personal hygiene and social development. · Discipline the child according to the methods requested by the parents. · Maintain a healthy and safe environment in the home. · Take full charge of the household when parents are away. · Perform general housekeeping and cleaning tasks. · Guide and discipline children based on parental instructions. · Teach children about personal hygiene and encourage social growth. · Assist children with their homework. Personal Skills: · Reliable, trustworthy, warm, and calm. · Good interpersonal and communication skills. · Energetic and comfortable with children. · Flexible schedule: availability for morning and day shifts is required. Requirements: · Completion of secondary school. · Experience in childcare would be an asset. · CPR/First Aid certification would be an asset.
