The potential candidate must handle and coordinate the overall operations of the business. Job type: Full-Time, Permanent, Overtime, Morning, Day, Shift, Flexible hours Salary: $47.70/ hour for 30-40 hours per week Start Date: As soon as possible Language: English Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree Positions Available: 1 NOC Group: Senior managers - trade, broadcasting and other services (NOC 00015) Job Location: 7690 134 Street Surrey BC V3W 7T8 Job Duties: · Determine services to be sold, and set prices. · Determine staffing requirements, and interview, hire and train new employees, or oversee those personnel processes · Direct and coordinate organization's financial and budget activities to fund operations, maximize investments, and increase efficiency. · Establish and implement departmental policies, goals, objectives, and procedures, conferring with company director · Manage staff, prepare work schedules, and assign specific duties. · Develops and executes the marketing strategies to drive sales · Responsible for managing a team of staff including performance management. · Review financial statements, sales and activity reports, and other performance data to measure productivity and goal achievement · Brings new ideas for business expansion and growth. Employment Requirements: · Completion of Bachelor's degree is required. Any further higher education would be considered an asset. · More than 3 years of experience at senior level is required. · Must have good command over language. · Must have knowledge about computer applications such as Excel, Office etc. · Able to Supervise and manage more than 10 persons. · Should be able to work under pressure, fast-paced environment etc. · Should be careful about detail and thorough in completing work tasks.
