V3W7T9 Terms : 30-40hrs per week, Full time, Permanent Wage rate: $ 20.50 per hour Duties of Food Service Supervisor · Supervise and coordinate a team of 2-5 cashier and kitchen staff. · Serve as main operator of the point of sales system and assist staff with issues related to the till. · Ensure the store is opened and closed in a safe and secure manner · Ensure all final food products meet Dairy Queen quality control standards. · Handle online paperwork relating to company deposits and bills. · Order ingredients for cake production; and make staff schedule. · Liaise and assist the owners with matters relating to general operations. · Handle customers complaints and try to resolve on spot. · Participate in all inspections by health department and Franchisor · Train the staff in duties Requirements Completion of secondary school.
