Job Responsibilities
· Efficiently manage incoming calls by answering phones, accurately recording messages, and handling calls appropriately.
· Respond promptly to customer e-mails, telephone calls, messages, and other forms of correspondence.
· Ensure friendly and timely resolution of customer queries to enhance customer satisfaction.
· Oversee the smooth operation of office equipment, coordinating maintenance and repairs as necessary.
· Organize and maintain schedules, appointments, and meetings for team members, ensuring effective time management.
· Maintain order and accessibility of invoices, reports, and correspondence for easy retrieval.
· Keep a well-organized inventory of office supplies and initiate timely orders to replenish stock as needed.
· Coordinate logistics for office events and travel arrangements, ensuring smooth execution.
· Prioritize and organize various administrative tasks to ensure efficient workflow.
· Maintain a well-organized and efficient office environment.
· Manage overall administrative responsibilities, contributing to the smooth functioning of daily operations.
· Perform other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
· Completion of Secondary school.
· Minimum 1 year of experience or completion of college or other program for administrative assistants/secretaries.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
· Attention to detail and accuracy is a must.
· Ability to work in a team environment.
