Administrative Assistant Guru Truck Lines Ltd, located in Surrey, BC, is seeking to hire an Administrative Assistant. We are looking to fill a full-time position. The Administrative Assistant will perform the following duties: · Receive, log, and distribute incoming mail according to procedures. · Prepare correspondence, invoices, and sales reports. · Maintain truck drivers' logbooks. · General clerical duties: filing, faxing, answering phone calls, taking messages, etc. · Order supplies and materials, arrange deliveries and make payments. · Keep records of truck maintenance, repair, and service. · Maintain truck insurance documents and make sure that registrations are done on time. · Create and maintain the client's database. · Perform other related duties as assigned.
