Position Detail Employment Type: Full-time, permanent Hourly Wage: $23.00 Weekly Hours: 30 to 40 Work Location: Richmond, BC Responsibilities -Supervise and support cashiers and sales associates, ensuring they adhere to store policies and provide excellent customer service -Monitor and evaluate individual and team sales performance, setting targets and providing coaching to meet and exceed sales goals -Manage inventory levels by conducting regular stock checks, placing orders, and ensuring optimal stock levels for all products -Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction -Conduct training sessions for new hires and ongoing training for existing staff to ensure they are knowledgeable about products and sales techniques -Ensure the store is clean, well-organized, and visually appealing, following merchandising standards and guidelines -Develop and implement sales strategies and promotional activities to boost sales and attract new customers -Maintain and develop relationships with vendors and suppliers, negotiating terms and ensuring timely delivery of quality products -Prepare and analyze sales reports, providing insights and recommendations to management for improving store performance and profitability Qualifications -Completion of Secondary School -Prior sales experience is highly preferred
