Work location: 4131 No 5 Rd, Richmond, BC Canada V6X 2T9 Language of work: English Number of positions: 1 Responsibilities: · Plan, organize, control, evaluate and report daily operations, · Select the services to be provided and put operational practices in place. · Monitor revenues and modify procedures and prices, · Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies to be delivered. · Coordinating and planning with clients for catering or facilities use. · Respond efficiently to customer complaints and report to the employer. · Recruit, train and supervise staff. · Establish employee work schedules and monitor staff performance. · Ensure food service and quality control. · Organize and maintain inventory. · Ensure compliance to all City health and safety regulations are followed.
