Ensure consistency and quality of operations in line with company standards. 2.Develop inter-department initiatives that leverage synergies across the company. Hold regular meetings with regional, divisional, and departmental leaders to discuss progress, challenges, and updates. 3.Spearhead recruitment, training, and development initiatives of managers and department leaders, fostering employee growth by meticulously tracking performance against team objectives and organizing training.    4.Manage the overall financial budget for West Canada divisions. Effectively allocate resources (e.g. finance, personnel, technology) across divisions, coordinate sorting, transportation, delivery, and customer service work of West Canada region.  5.Identify and share best practices across the company to drive continuous improvement. Benchmark performance against industry standards and competitors to identify areas for enhancement. 6.Conduct regular audits and inspection of warehouse operations to ensure compliance and identify improvement opportunities. Address any findings promptly to maintain high operational standards. 7.Implement risk management strategies to protect the company's assets and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. 8.Explore business opportunities with medium and small merchants and e-commerce platforms, promote new services, and collaborate with marketing department to discover potential markets. 9.Review proposed campaigns to ensure they align with brand guidelines, company values, and strategic goals. Provide insights into expansion plans in existing and new markets. 10. Take the lead in negotiations, presenting the company's position, negotiating terms, and seeking to achieve the best possible outcomes. Foster positive relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, regulators, and business partners in the West Canada Region. 11. Represent the company at industry conferences, trade fairs, public events, and other official functions. Use the opportunities to promote company's interests and gather valuable insights.
