Position Info:
· Position: Food Service Supervisor
· Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
· Wage: $21.00~$23.00/hour (depending on experience)
· Working Hours: 30-40 hours/week
· Number of Positions: 1
· Work Location: 2255 - 8181 Cambie Road, Richmond, BC V6X 3X9
Benefits:
· 10 days paid vacation per year
Job Duties:
· Supervise and coordinate the tasks of employees involved in food preparation and portioning
· Provide training to staff on their job responsibilities, as well as on sanitation and safety protocols
· Ensure that both the food and service adhere to quality control standards
· Develop budgets and estimates for costs
· Maintain records of inventory, sales, and employee hours
· Establish work schedules
· Handle customer complaints or inquiries
Job requirements:
· Experience: 1~2 years of experience in food preparation is required
· Education: Completion of secondary school is required
· Language: English
