Job Title: Store Supervisor Location: 4351 No.3 Rd, #220, Richmond BC V6X 2C3 Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Responsibilities · Supervise daily store operations and ensure compliance with company policies and standards. · Motivate staff to achieve sales targets and prepare work schedules. · Provide necessary training for outstanding customer services, product knowledge, game procedures and other customer engagement techniques. · Manage inventory levels and ensure product availability and variety. · Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues to maintain the store's reputation. · Handle sales, promote our membership, authorize payments, and returns, and prepare regular reports. · Coordinate and assist with management team on promotional or marketing events. · Ensure the store environment is clean, safe, and welcoming.
