Anticipated Start Date: Immediately Location: 526 Church St, Toronto, ON M4Y 2E1 Terms of Employment: Permanent Full-time by shifts including evening, weekend and holidays Salary: $55,000 per year Benefit: Free staff meals and employee discount for purchase Duties and Responsibilities: · Oversee, coordinate and assign food preparation, portion and customer service tasks to staffs to ensure efficient operation and exceptional service during shifts · Monitor, estimate and order ingredients and supplies to ensure adequate inventory levels for food preparation. · Generate food order summaries for cooks based on customer requests and ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment. · Develop staff schedules and revise operational procedures to optimize service efficiency. · Track and create comprehensive records of inventory and generate daily/weekly/monthly sales reports for the management. · Train staff according to company standards, including job responsibilities, sanitation practices and safety procedures to maintain a clean, safe and efficient work environment. · Supervise staff performance to ensure all services meet company quality control standards and comply with government legislation and regulations. · Assist manager in making informed decision about menus, budgets, work procedure and staff organizations to improve operations. · Ensure overall positive customer experience and high-quality food.
