Sales Supervisor Baby enRoute is seeking a qualified Sales Supervisor for our Richmond location. The position will be responsible for managing and supervising the sales team in our Richmond store, overseeing sales activities and performance of the sales team by setting sales quota, reaching sales goals, tracking sales records, improving sales results, managing salespersons' performance and working schedules, assigning duties to them, resolving customers' requests, and facilitating hiring and ongoing training of sales team. Preferred candidates will have a degree or diploma in business or other related field, have relevant sales experience. In order to succeed in this role, you will need to have excellent communication skills and leadership skills. Promotion to sales manager position is possible. Main Responsibilities and Duties: Organize and manage sales activities in Baby enRoute Richmond store; Report to Store Manager on sales performance, results and records; Coordinate sales activities of Richmond store with the corporate headquarters; Develop and analyze sales reports, formulate improvement strategies; Facilitate in hiring and training of sales team in Richmond store; Manage salespersons' performance and work schedules; Assign daily duties and tasks to salespersons, assist them in closing sales; Set sales quota, and develop sales strategies and tactics to achieve these quota; Supervise sales activities, assist sales team to achieve and exceed goals; Develop sales leads and track monthly sales metrics and performance; Assist in merchandise display of Richmond store; Processing payment, authorize returns, and sell merchandise as other salespersons; Resolve customer requests and complaints if any, follow-up sales and services; Assist in inventory management, shipping and receiving; Wage: $22.60 / hour Hours: 30-40 hours per week 2 weeks of paid vacation If you meet our job requirements and are interested in sales positions, then apply for this job today!
