It is important to check the existing stock to make sure everything is in required compliance. Making schedule for the team of associates is also another key responsibility which has to be done with cordial communication with the staff. Sometimes the products might not be up to the mark and may require to be exchanged. As supervisor, the policy is to return the existing product and provide with a new product in exchange.
