* Oversea and coordinate the activities of all staffs, prepare schedules and assign duties. * Maintain inventory levels, order new merchandise and track sales. * Prepare reports on sales volume, merchandising and staffs matters. * Hire, train and monitor the performance of new staff. * Ensure the store's visual standards, including displays, signage, and cleanliness, are met. * Take on managerial responsibilities if required, such as opening and closing the store and managing escalated complaints.
