Duties:
· Plan, coordinate, oversee, manage, and assess the restaurant's operations.
· Prepare work schedule of staff and monitor their performance on the job.
· Implement operational procedures.
· Ensure high standards of guest experience.
· Resolve issues or complaints of the customers.
· Communication with Senior Leadership.
· Verify that health and safety laws are being observed.
· Hire employees and manage their training.
· Maintain inventory control, performance analysis, goal setting, and ensure all standards are being followed.
· Provide leadership and direction to the team.
