Our client, a successful capital equipment dealer, is searching for a Regional Sales Manager in the Neepawa area. The Regional Sales Manager will coach and mentor a team for career development and succession planning, as well as ensuring that sales goals are met or exceeded. RESPONSIBILITIES:Manage and coach sales professionals in three branchesCreate and manage development plans for the team of sales representativesEnsure sales metrics and goals are met for the regionManage sales budgets for the branches, in alignment with the organization’s financial and operational objectivesMay be involved in the development and implementation of incentive plans for sales team and customersWork to build and maintain a supportive and constructive internal relations, and effective and productive team dynamics DESIRED PROFILE:Post-secondary education in Ag Business, Marketing or related field; Associates/Bachelors degree preferred. Equivalent education or experience may be considered5+ years sales experience, 1+ years sales management experienceManagerial abilities including leading, coaching, developing and motivating othersEffective written and verbal communication skills in individual or group settingsAbility to define and implement sales processes, use sales computer applications and tools as well as confidence in using computer applications, technology and toolsValid driver’s license requiredWilling to travel and able to work flexible hours Interested in this Opportunity?
