Coco Auto Group Inc., located at # 1010-4380 No. 3 Road, Richmond, B.C. V6X 2C2, Canada, is looking to fill a vacant position for an Office Manager (NOC 13100). This will be a full-time, permanent position.
Job duties:
Hire, supervise and train new hire and existing stadd;
Prepare reports for vehicle inventory, employee commissions and employee time records;
Staying abreast of current factory incentive, automotive trends, and coding deliveries on dealership computer systems;
Ensuring the manufacturer accounts including warranty claims, interest, vehicle protection etc are regularly reviewed and updated;
Ensuring accounting office and auto finance policies are complied with;
Assistance in reconciliation of accounting books, daily, monthly and annually
