Job Description
· Supervising and planning administrative procedures for offices and updating, assessing, and introducing new procedures
· Set job schedule, assign work to office support staff/ employees and ensure that deadlines are met, and processes are followed
· Conduct administrative tasks relevant to admissions to post-secondary schools
· Manage executives' schedules, calendars and appointments
· Administer policies and procedures related to the disclosure of information in handling requests for access to data and privacy laws by the government
· Synchronize and schedule office services such as housing, relocation, utilities, materials, forms, asset disposal, parking, maintenance and security services
· Analysis and oversight of administrative tasks relevant to the processes of budgeting, procurement and project planning and management
· Partner with HR to maintain office policies as necessary
· Assist in planning the budget for activities and ensuring inventory and budgetary controls
· Manage relationships with vendors, service providers and landlord, ensuring that all items are invoiced and paid on time
· Collect information and make periodic reports, manuals and correspondence, and special reports
· Records management technicians and associated employees can be supervised
