While this is a remote role, candidates must demonstrate a solid grasp of user behavior, design preferences, and cultural trends specific to the Philippines. You'll collaborate with marketing, product, and UX teams to create visually striking designs that resonate with the market and drive business growth. Responsibilities - Design impactful marketing and product visuals, including digital assets, social media content, websites, and app interfaces. - Tailor user-centric designs that cater to the specific needs and preferences of the Philippines fintech audience. - Partner with product and UX teams to deliver visually compelling and functional user interfaces. - Create branding materials for product launches, campaigns, and other market-specific initiatives. - Maintain brand consistency across all design projects while innovating for local engagement. - Stay informed about design trends and fintech developments in the Philippines to ensure relevance. Requirements - Experience: At least 3 years as a graphic designer, with a proven track record in fintech, financial services, or technology, specifically targeting the Philippines market. - Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD) and other design tools. Knowledge of motion graphics tools like After Effects is a plus. - Market Knowledge: Familiarity with fintech-specific challenges in the Philippines, including mobile-first design and cultural considerations. - Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing fintech or tech-related projects targeted at the Philippines market. - Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and ability to work under tight deadlines. - Education: A degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory with sufficient experience.
