Underhill Enterprises is an event management company, which produces professional agricultural tradeshows such as the Canadian Dairy XPO and the American Dairy XPO. We are a tradeshow business, currently focused on the Dairy sector. We are seeking a highly motivated individual with event, sales and client service skills and vast knowledge of the Dairy industry to join our team. Duties and Responsibilities:Reporting to Operations Manager and acting as the main point of contact with selling and placing exhibitors who attend both of our shows. Responsibilities:Maintaining relationships with current ExhibitorsSelling Exhibit space to new and existing exhibitorsManagement of Exhibitor placementAssist with billing to exhibitors to insure accuracyManage annual schedule for all industry functions, fundraisers, events, tradeshowsSales of CDX Official Program to exhibitors/sponsorsSales of Bulk ticket program to exhibitors/sponsorsSending of mass communications to exhibitors and media via eblastCoordination of volunteers and community outreach programManagement of CDX social Media pages (twitter, Facebook and Instagram)Management and editing of CDX WebsiteWorking with designer on XPO signagePreparation of all mailings, pickups ext. as required Occasional travel to other tradeshows within sector Interested in joining our Team?
