Bask Insulation is currently seeking motivated and reliable Construction Labourers and Helpers to join our dynamic team. As a construction labourer, you will work on various residential, commercial, industrial, and institutional projects, supporting the team with tasks critical to the smooth and safe execution of construction activities. This is a physically demanding, hands-on role that requires frequent travel to job sites. Key Responsibilities: Load, unload, and transport construction materials to work areas Erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt Assist in the demolition of buildings and structures Remove rubble, debris, and other waste from construction sites Clean and pile salvaged materials for reuse Tend or feed machines and construction equipment as directed Direct traffic at or near construction sites to ensure safety Perform other general labour duties as assigned by supervisors Work Conditions: Work locations may vary and require frequent travel Physically demanding work involving lifting, carrying, bending, and kneeling Exposure to outdoor weather conditions and construction site environments Fast-paced and repetitive tasks requiring manual dexterity and attention to detail
