MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES: · Supervise and coordinate activities of cleaning staff · Ensure safety and cleanliness standards are met through regular site/facility inspections · Recommend or arrange for additional maintenance services · Set up stocks and maintain cleaning equipment and supplies · Assist and fill in for cleaners in performing duties when necessary · Establish work schedules of cleaning crew staff members and manage sanitation windows · Hire, train, and coach both new and existing sanitarians (coaching includes team performance feedback, corrective actions, and personnel issues) · Other duties as assigned
