The ideal candidate is passionate about child development, attentive to individual needs, and skilled at engaging children in activities that foster learning, creativity, and emotional growth. Job duties: -Provide attentive and responsible care for children in the employer's home. -Assist with bathing, dressing, and feeding. -Prepare infant formula and change diapers as needed. -Plan and prepare nutritious meals for children and perform light housekeeping. -Supervise children during meals, naps, and playtime. -Maintain a clean and organized environment to ensure the safety and well-being of the children. -Teach and encourage personal hygiene habits. -Support children's emotional and social development with patience and care. -Follow and reinforce parents' guidelines on discipline and routines. -Plan and lead age-appropriate activities, including educational games, crafts, and outdoor play -Monitor children's health, behavior, and development, providing updates to parents as needed. Qualifications: -Minimum High school completion -Experience working with children in a caregiving or educational setting is highly preferred. -Household management preferred. -Ability to create engaging and educational activities. -Strong organizational skills and attention to hygiene and safety. -First Aid and CPR certification required. -Reliable, responsible, and patient with a passion for working with children.
